
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is actually a hybrid plant, a mix of Spearmint and Watermint! As such, it carries many of the same powerful medicinal properties of Spearmint.
It has a slightly more peppery flavor, hence the name. Known to have even more effectiveness for wellness uses, as it contains more menthol. It literally cools on contact!
Put it in teas, sprinkle on salad, mix with fine chocolates. For a quick remedy for hiccups, chew the fresh (or dried) leaves. This tasty wonder works great for headaches, even in tea form.
