Shipping policy

Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on the weight and size of the order. This could result in shipping charge overages, which will be refunded when the order is shipped.

Orders are shipped as soon as possible after the time of order receipt (usually 1-3 business days).  

Customization may add time to the completion of order fulfillment, and you will be contacted if there are any anticipated delays. 

Orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS unless otherwise stated. Orders are being shipped only to the US at this time. -Note - Priority Mail option is insured and usually has faster delivery than Parcel service.
